Tzedakah /tsɛˈdɒka/ (charity) in Hebrew, simply means “justice” or “righteousness” and so to do charity and help those in need (animals or people) is no optional extra that you do when you have time or money but is an ESSENTIAL part of living a just and righteous life.
I and my husband Don truly believe in a quote by Horace Mann that reads ‘ Doing nothing for others is the undoing of ourselves.’ This is why we give meaningfully which means that we create products, give our time and share our business tips instead of just giving money because we want to connect with the problem and be part of solving it.
